Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vynthr ("Service"), operated by Vynthr ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at the address associated with your account.

2. Description of Service

Vynthr is a Pinterest content management and automation platform that allows users to:

  • Manage multiple Pinterest board workspaces
  • Review and approve image content via a visual queue interface
  • Connect to third-party image sources including AI generation tools, direct upload, and webhook integrations
  • Automatically publish approved content to Pinterest via the official Pinterest API

Vynthr is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. or any third-party integration provider listed on the platform.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at hello@vynthr.com of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Pinterest's Terms of Service
  • Upload, publish, or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringes third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Circumvent any rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or access controls
  • Represent Vynthr as affiliated with or endorsed by Pinterest, Inc.
  • Use automated scripts to interact with the Service outside of the provided API

5. Pinterest Integration

By connecting your Pinterest account through the Service, you authorise Vynthr to access and act on your behalf in accordance with the permissions you grant during the OAuth flow. These permissions currently include reading your boards and publishing pins.

You remain solely responsible for all content published to Pinterest through the Service. Vynthr does not pre-screen content and makes no guarantee that content will comply with Pinterest's Community Guidelines. You may revoke access at any time from your Pinterest account settings.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service supports connections to third-party platforms including, but not limited to, AI image generation tools, design platforms, and webhook-compatible services. These integrations are provided for convenience. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party platforms, their content, or their terms of service.

Your use of any third-party integration is governed by that party's terms and privacy policy. We strongly encourage you to review those terms before connecting any external service.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you upload, generate through connected tools, or publish via the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Vynthr a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

Vynthr's software, design, trademarks, and branding are the exclusive property of Vynthr and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without written permission.

8. API Access & Ingest Endpoint

If you use the Service's ingest API endpoint to push content programmatically, you are responsible for securing your API key. Keys must not be shared publicly, embedded in client-side code, or committed to public repositories. We reserve the right to revoke keys that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Vynthr SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from account settings or by contacting us at hello@vynthr.com.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction in which Vynthr is established, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
